I had a great stay at Big Smile in Bangkok. the hostel was nice, clean, and modern with a simple and efficient design. the staff was helpful, even though they spoke limited English. the double room was comfortable with a beautiful wall mural. the shower and toilet were in good condition, and the WiFi worked well. the hostel provided a free shuttle service between BKK and DMK airports, which was convenient. the location of the hostel in a normal suburb of Bangkok was great, with plenty of local restaurants and shops to explore.

The staff is excellent, offering friendly service and even helping me recover lost cash. the beds are comfortable, like those in a 4-star hotel, and the entire place is super clean. Great value for money.

During our stay over the New Year, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and helpful staff. the service station provided complimentary tea, coffee, water, toast, jam. the twin room we stayed in was not only clean and comfortable but also had a refrigerator for our convenience. the breakfast offered was delicious and they were accommodating to dietary preferences.

One downside we experienced was that the room had some light coming in from the stairway, which made it less dark than we would have preferred. It would also have been great to have a hot water kettle and a cup in the room.

The pressed palms touching my face brought me such joy. Also, the property being surrounded by laundry, massages, restaurants, and a fresh market made it so convenient for me to enjoy my time here.

Oh, how I loved running out of tissues and being told not to ask for more! Such a delightful inconvenience.
